Visit the **[Dashboard](https://404services.net/customer/dashboard)** and select the **Balance / Top-Up** option.
Enter the amount you would like to add and select your preferred payment method.
After completing your payment, **open a support ticket** and provide your payment details or proof of payment. Our team will verify the payment and add the balance to your account.

To reach a new tier, you must deposit the full required amount in one transaction. Deposits do not accumulate over time. Once your tier is unlocked, you can purchase products at your reseller rate, including single keys. Most products support the highest available discount, but if you're unsure whether a product is included, open a support ticket. Tiers are subject to change as the panel improves and new products are added.
